Swinging Door

Hi
I have just hung a new internal hollow door to a new door frame but it keeps swinging closed. Can anyone tell me what I have done wrong and how I can correct it please?

Either the door frame or door is out of plumb. re-position the top hinge outward or bottom hinge inward

If it fits OK when shut just leave it, it will save you from putting a door closer on.
Or get a wedge and keep it open that way.

Thanks for the advice, I will give adjusting the hinges a go. For future reference though how do I test wether the door frame is plumb?
