Looking at this, 9 and 10 seem to be from the thermostats. I would think you can trace the 2 black wires and see what else is from the same cable. So, identifying the two thermostat cables.

Personally, I would wait until the summer, this is not the time of the year to make a mistake which means no central heating. But would guess links between 1, 9 and 10 will allow removal of old thermostats or at least mean they can't turn off heating.
