Hi everyone,

I currently have a Honeywell dial thermostat (T6360B1028) installed at my place and would like to switch it with the Meross MTS200.

We switched it over and followed the cabling as per the manufacturer's diagrams but seemed to not be getting any power in the new Meross digital one.

I then tried another spare digital one I had (Moes smart thermostat from Amazon) and that one didn't seem to be getting any power either.

I have attached a photo of the current wiring set up of the Honeywell as well as a photo of the back of the Meross thermostat.

I did the following:
- brown cable from Honeywell 1 going into Meross 2
- black cable (with blue tape) from Honeywell 2 going into Meross 1
- white cable (with brown tape) from Honeywell 3 going into Meross 3

The Meross also came with a small black 'link' cable which I used to connect Meross 2 to Meross 5. I saw it on this post:

However, after it didn't work the first time, I tried removing the link and it still didn't work.

Anything I might be doing wrong?

Appreciate any help and thank you in advance!

The Honeywell should have a neutral, but does not need a neutral, the others need a neutral, yes you have cable at the thermostat but is it connected at other end to neutral? What did you get when you tested it?

I've tested the voltage across the cables and for some reason, the voltage from the Live to Neutral was 139 Volts whereas the voltage across Live and Switched Live was 230 Volts
