Swivel-eyeds gotta swivel

I went New York just before the 1st Iraqi war. I flew from Toronto. From A-B there was was a blanket of snow. I had never experienced so much snow ❄️. My Cousins lived in New Jersey. That was under a good few feet of snow.

However New York City wasn't. Apart from Central Park, you wouldn't know it had been snowing.

This obviously was because of the heat rising from below the city.

I dont know if this heat was some sort of district heating or from the Sewers or the Metro. However there wasn't any snow.

So what could he possibly have done for the snow not to melt?
