swivel tops

Really appreciate help . Swivel tap is stiff so stated to sort. There is usually a grub screw holding the top in but i found this . How on earth do I remove the top

Hard to tell from the photos. Likely to be a push in stud with red and blue indexes. If so, should prise out.
