Sydney Sweeney

True.

And that applies to those (mostly real female athletes) complaining about the advert. Desperate middle aged to pensioner gammon males - need not apply.
I know little about Sweeny. What does she do for a job?

I understand why athletes get pi$$ed off about this.
That Sweeny has nothing to do with sport and doesn't look like an athlete.
Such adverts are better suited for sweaty fit athletes at the end of a competition.
I find this very attractive and uplifting but that's just me
Sweeney?
Considering how we're bombarded with naked bodies nowadays, it's a glance and move on.

'bombarded with bodies nude', you say.

You've either been eating too much cheese before bedtime or surfing in cognito again.

Just look at ads.
Naked bodies everywhere.
It's not something to dribble on anymore.

It's a sports betting ad.

I suspect most (maybe high majority?) of the company's customers are men?

Maybe not PC to say so in todays world, however you can see exactly why an ad like this would appeal.

And whilst I'm far from complaining, some of the real athletes wear skin tight competition outfits with bottoms that disappear up the crack of their ar5e. Some of them are on Insta wearing very little, so I'm led to believe :) Heck I'm sure I read some do OnlyFans, granted that won't be the top tier successful ones.

I don't get the uproar, there again I'm a man so won't understand no doubt.
