How flat does a sand and cement screed need to be for a synthetic carpet with its own backing (I think it is foam) to be installed on it? This is the type of carpet that is fixed with spray adhesive. Will every little depression or bump be felt through the carpet? Is this type of carpet stretched on installing it or just laid with the adhesive? I have already sealed the sceed so that the adhesive does not just come off with the dust from it.
