table stain accidently rubbed off

Hi all

Our kids decided to draw on our oak table and whilst removing with some detergent we`ve removed some of the colour stain. We want to sell the table and just wondered what is the best way of fixing it, would rather not have to rubbed down the whole table. Any ideas, thanks..

I'm not sure that it's actually stained. Wood tends to darken by itself, particularly if exposed to sunlight. You might find the tone evens out over time.
