I have had the plumber around twice in the last year to clear debris from the jets and once cleared the boiler has been fine once more. Once again it is failing to ignite thus assuming jets need cleaning. Apart from the obvious screw retaining the front panel how does one get to the interior. I have caught sight of the plumber doing it and it takes a matter of 5 min utes to take the front off. Any advice?

So it's a boiler - that narrows id down a bit to just a few thousand boiler models all with differing fixing methods!!!

OK if you have read the before and after; but I came in after the edit so I had no idea what the change was. :?

I've only just read it and it seems to be getting a little off-topic. Having said that, as the poster is considering working on his boiler when he's not an RGI, this is no bad thing...
