just moved into a new place, and realised the tap is leaking. I tried removing the tap but there are no screw or any signs of what is holding it in place? Any tips on removing the tap handle?
Here is the picture of the tap

Thanks.

Totally off topic Goldspoon, but seeing as you live on Angelsey ,and i went to a naval training school on the island many moons ago can you tell me if i have this spelling correct, LLANFAIRPWLLGWYNGYLLGOGERYCHWYHNDROBWLLANTISILLIOGOGOCH
And that's off the top of my head!

NOW BACK TO THAT TAP

 Blimey, did Liberace ever own a house in New South Wales?

Haven't a clue.....but at a guess the 'glass' bit unscrews.....try getting grips on the shaft and turning the glass bit....the bell chamber at bottom should then unscrew.......hmmm.....second thoughts.....get new taps....christ they are ugly!!!

Ugly? They are Goddam shocking

Worse than last week's ugly tap post:cool:

Perhaps we can start a wee weekly competiton?

I'll get me footprints ;)

What's this, 'Ask The Family,'
I reckon it's the top off a fancy scent bottle, stuck on top of a plug plunger.

Looks like one of them fancy door knobs that was all the rage in the 60s

Any tips on removing the tap handle?
