Looking for a smarter way to manage your heating this winter? We’ve been testing the new Aqara Radiator Thermostat W600 to see how quiet, accurate and easy it is to use around the home. Click here read our review.
Should be quite easy. You will need to remove the swivel spout. Most have a small grub screw to remove, just under the swivel joint (some on front, some on rear). Other spouts haven't got a screw. With these you need to turn the spout 180 degrees from normal position ie. so that spout is pointing backwards then give the spout a good yank upwards.
When the spout is removed, you will need to buy a new rubber O ring to replace the worn one inside the leaking joint.
Can I just add, it is most common for spouts to be facing 90 degrees clockwise from the normal position, lining it up with the hot side, then it should pull up easily.
