tap pressure down

gone to have a bath and went to put some cold water in and there\\\'s not much water coming out even though the taps on full.all the other cold taps in the house are fine,i\\\'ve had no probs before with this tap,is it time for new taps or is it a problem i can fix?.
mixer taps by the way.

Take tap apart make sure hexagonal barrel located correctly also clean & apply silicon grease
