Tap revived tap just spinning

Hi, I've just fitted a tap recover kit to a tap that was jammed however the tap head is not coming to an end point, ie, on or off, just spinning around, any idea what could be wrong?

The internals of your reviver kit will be the wrong length for your tap body, the moving bit inside has probably dropped out. Take the body back off, see if there are removable shims- if there are, remove & retry. If not, send it back for a refund
