Can I fit a tap reviver kit to these taps?

Taps in photo were fitted a long time ago, how long before 2007 I don't know.
Hot tap hardly turns and is tight.
So I got a tap reviver kit from Screwfix, see photo.
However I can't pop the cap on top of the tap to release the screw.
I drilled down a bit, see photo, and top of tap still not released, so I stopped.
No screw appeared under the red hot cap on top of the tap as I started drilling.

Anyone know; will I be able to use tap reviver kit here and if so how?

Thanks

Use a pair of pliars on the small chrome rings and they should unscrew, cant see why not you cant use the 1/2 tap revivers.

Thanks @picasso. That did it. It got the taps tops off.
The kit that fitted was the 1/2" kit as you suggested.
What a job I had figuring out the spacers to get the tap to close.
Brass spacer fitted to tap was to short; tap wouldn't close.
Extension brass piece included was too long; couldn't fit the tap.
Seemed like there was nothing to do but go to Plumb Centre and ask for shorter brass washer extension size between those supplied.
Then I realised I could get an in between size by fitting the supplied extra rubber seals/ closing washers on top of the existing. Not sure if ideal but it worked.
