Tap Shows

Hi all,

I am working on a project and I need to source a manufacturer of a tap. It will be a custom tap so will not be able to be just off the shelf.
Is there such thing as a trade show for taps? Something where manufacturers get together and show off what they have got? Or a group that will be able to help me?
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Like most industries, the plumbing industry does have trade exhibitions that travel the country but never seen one specifically just for taps. Best bet would to get along to one of the plumbing ones as I have seen tap manufacturers there.

Have you tried a Google image search for something like designer taps?

Yeah, I have been looking for months now. The main issue I have is it needs to handle 100 degree water. 99% of taps on the market will not be able to handle this heat, so I am now designing my own but need a good manufacturer I can work with. This is hence why I was asking if there are any trade shows. Its better to speak face to face tan on an e-mail.

Just out of interest, why does it need to handle 100 degrees?

That is roughly double the regulated maximum allowed for domestic use at the outlet and roughly 5-10 degrees above the max safety cutoff for HW storage vessels.

Might be worth looking at catering equipment manufacturers, they will be used to working with boiling water machines.
