tap tails 6mm bore

it's for a kitchen mixer tap. One of the tap tails is leaking. The mixer is fine, but the tap tails are 6mm - i can't find a replacement anywhere and am loathed to buy a replacement mixer tap.
Thanks

You need to measure the thread where it enters the tap and the other end where it joins your plumbing and then the length.

Yeah, that's the problem, they're screw in tails, but 6mm bore. I've searched everywhere and the smallest I can find is 8mm bore.

M8 is the thread size and would be about 6mm bore, if you measuring the bore it may even be m10 standard size for most taps.

Is there anyway you can take a photo of the one you took out by the side of a ruler or tape measure

I have been doing plumbing for too many years to mention and have not seen a 6mm tail yet
