Tap washer needs changing but I can't remove the tap shroud

I need to replace the washer on my cold tap but am unable to remove the shroud to gain access to the washer. There doesn't appear to be a grub screw or anything else that will let me remove the shroud/cover.

unscrew the chrome top above the gold part and their will be a screw.

unscrew the chrome top above the gold part and their will be a screw.

If it doesn't unscrew as seco says above, then use a knife edge to prise the top off.Then you'll see the Screw beneath.

and don't forget to isolate the water supply before you do change the washer
