Taps at front what's it called?

My mother in a wheel chair if she reaches for the tap ends up with water running over her arm so want the taps at front and just the mixing pipe at the back.

I had this with a caravan but not in a house. I can find bath taps separate to spout but not kitchen I am sure it's only a case of knowing the name to google?

I think you might be looking for a 'Three Hole Kitchen Mixer'. They are available but for some reason seem to be going at extortionate prices.

Could you fit separate hot and cold taps , obviously they can be sited wherever you like?

Contact a Disabled Supplies organistion or Red Cross they could possibly help you with such a sink unit, doubt if it would be cheap though .
