taps for a belfast sink.

hello everyone

i bought some new taps to replace the old leaky ones on a belfast sink. upon trying to fit them i found that the threaded part (tail?) was about an inch short of the water pipe. the taps sit on a wooden worktop above the sink that is 4cm thick.

does anyone know where i can purchase taps with a longer tail or some kind of thread extension for the taps i already have?

Are these any help? Can't guarantee the length is exactly what you want though!
