Taps - Wire mesh filters

Hi all, my first post so hopefully it's in the right forum etc.

I have a single mixer tap in my bathroom that is spraying water everywhere when turned on full.

Looking inside the tap, I can see that there are small round wire mesh filters, it looks like quite a few are missing hence the spraying of water.

Does anyone know where I can buy either precut wire mesh or just the sheets?
Any advice much appreciated,

Alas not, the wires meshes just push up into the tap...

You can pull them out with a thin pair of pliars,
