Hello,

I bought a BWT455 to replace a very old Tapworks AD11 water softener because the inlet and outlet are both 22mm. However, the overflow rubber hose that runs from the wall to the AD11 is 14mm (0.55"?) in outside diameter, and the overflow outlet on the BWT is a 25.4mm (1"?) outside-diameter hard plastic bend.

Is there a flexible reducer that can be used to fit the BWT outlet, either inside or outside, to a 14mm rubber hose?

I'd be reluctant to reduce the diameter of an overflow pipe. It may be 1" to cope with the flow rate if the input is 22mm.

Perhaps better to run a new overflow to outside.
