Teeing off existing flow and return

I have 15mm flow and return pipes traversing my lounge and I want to tee off them to install an additional small rad using speedfit fittings.
Is it usually possible to manipulate the pipe ends into the speedfit tee with a single pipe cut or is it sometimes necessary to cut a short section of pipe out to accommodate the size of the tee fitting?

I’m not entirely sure what you’re asking, but make sure the ends are burr free.

Depends if the existing pipes have any give on them to pull them apart when cut, if yes then yes, if no then no.
