Teeing off mains for appliances

Advice please.
Installing an integrated wash/machine and dishwasher next to sink and I want to take a feed from the mains cold water pipe to both appliances. Cannot find a suitable connector that would allow me to do so. I suppose I'm after a 4 way manifold. Screwfix do one but in 22mm only. Is there something similar in 15mm?
Any advice/info would be appreciated.

Op, the offer still stands, but if you are hell-bent on a manifold as you suggested, why not use a 3/4-15mm reducer to connect the existing pipework to it?

Why do you need 4 outlets for 2 appliances?

Just put a wash machine tap tee on the end of the pipe you have, and link it to a straight wash machine tap with a small piece of pipe.
