I sed 2 bt graphite phones when installed will not allowthetwo basic telephones to be used they will allow a call go come in and be answered but will not diall out. When

Your post is not particularly clear, you may be using the right words but not necessarily in the right order! Have another go.

Hi So sorry thati put the words in the incrrect order. you see i have parkinsons disease this makes such things happen some times.

Please think about what you say before you say it. not everyone is as fortunate as yourself

If sounds like you either have a faulty base station with the telephones themselves or a connection problem in the box you plug the base station into. If they have been working ok & developed the fault, try turning off the power to & disconnecting from the phone line, reconnect after 5 mins & try again. If an ordinary phone works ok in the telephone socket & these are a recent purchase then I would suggest you return them to the supplier as faulty.
