i want to change my tprv on a megaflow cylinder, can anyone tell me the quickest way to drain water from the cylinder so i can remove the old valve and replace with new one ?

It is a legal requirment to have a G3 certificate to work on an Unvented cylinder. If you do something wrong, the cylinder 'could' explode !
