It'll cost you less than that if you ask IronNaz to do it Mind you, if he can't fix it then he'll charge you a darned sight more and it still won't be fixed
It may be worthwhile turning the water off, dismantling the valve (you do this in-situ without removing it from the cistern) and taking the diaphragm with you to a plumbers merchant
