testing a pump.-- 240v going to it, resistence need ohms reading, removing vent plug if water constantly dribbling of vent plug out then the pump is knackered? thanks

Water comes out of the screw...thats ok...do it back up
Is the impeller turning....flat screwdriver against the shaft having removed the screw......but that does not mean it will pump as the impeller blades? can be knackered

water is meant to dribble from the screw cover it is to allow you to bleed air from pump just close it when done .all pumps will have a different resistance reading expect anything in the region of 100 ohms to 200
