Testo fga and printer help

my 330 has just come back from service calibration (for a bargain 650 quid!) and now the printouts are shot. I left it running and it used half a roll of paper putting one line of text every 6 inches. Anyone ever had this?. It was fine before so guessing it’s just something in settings somewhere

sounds like they might have updated the FGA software and it might not be compatible with your printer, call them and ask, £650 is very expensive who did you use ?

It’s gone back to normal now mate thanks but they did update the firmware. Unfortunately both sensors needed replacing and long life jobs...super pricey

I did try them and they were a little cheaper and had some good px deals but it just suited me better to send to Testo through wolseley on account so I got another month or 2 to pay for it!
