I've had a Texecom alarm working for a couple of years, with a Texecom cloud app on my phone.
I have just got a new phone so I downloaded the app and tried to register it. But it seems I had the wrong password because the server wouldn't accept it. After a few failed attempts it now says the email address is not recognised, which I assume is a security measure.
Fortunately the email is still saved in the online account, because I'm still getting the automated email messages when the alarm is turned on and off with the keypad.
How do I get out of this?
