Hi all

Is it possible to change the part suites with user code, not knowing the engineer code?

Moving to a house with a working alarm but want to change the part suites and owner doesn’t have engineer code

No ....you can manually omit zones if allowed ....

Thanks. Maybe better to just replace panel if engineer locked as was fitted before current owner purchase it

That’s the plan. Will eventually change for a elite 24 when I do the house up, but that may not be for another year or two
