Texecom ComWifi - is it really this terrible?

The app is 100% reliable on an a apple device for receiving notifications
Not for everyone, I still miss maybe 2 out of 10 push notifications on my iPhone.

Every time I miss a notification (and I missed one when setting the alarm for bed last night) I check my second ARC entry which is a Montex server running on via a private circuit at work. The entries in my Montex is 100% correct every time. From this I would also presume the Texecom server received the event as well but didn't send the notification.

interesting I certainly seen everything on the ipad but that only has a wifi connection.

the android its not even worth thinking about as it stands.

so I would ask Texecom if they got that to the server, what are the number of dial attempts set to?

currently set to 6 on my systems which is a tad excessive in my opinion but it seems tobe holding its own for the ipad at least.

wrt to montex I can get all the notifications received when I check montex when its set up, however that's the equivalent of Texecom checking they got the signal to the server?

I've got mine set to 8 dial attempts as I think I read to set to this on one of the threads on the Texecom forums.

Will Texecom tell me directly if an event was received on their server, and if so how the best/easiest way of doing this?
