Texecom connect app

Hi I have noticed that on my connect app v2 on the home page that none of my events are showing on the timeline, they were when I first installed the app, does anyone know how to correct this problem.

If it’s not showing and you have changed nothing then you will will need to check with Texecom.

they were migrating servers so could be related but can’t be certain as I don’t know if your affected.

Other than that does everything else work with the app and your smart device not had an update?

Everything else is working, I am still on v4 on my alarm.
 
You need to speak with Texecom if nothing has changed your end.

They can test if necessary, I can’t see anything wrong currently with any of my customers.
