Texecom critical alerts

I’ve got a Texecom smartcom setup and with the V1 app I used to get all the alerts, from disarm, unarm, app log on, tamper and all critical alerts.

I switched phone and had to upgrade to V2, and ever since I don’t seem to get any alerts except arm and disarm.

I’ve checked the digioptions, all areas are on reporting and all alerts should be coming through!

Any ideas what to check?

you need to look at your cloud account setup and maybe contact your installer and or texecom if you are self managed
