Texecom Smart Com Alerts - Fire

I have a Prem 24 up and running lovely. I get alerts to the app and my email, if the alarm is triggered, or someone arms or disarms the system. All great.

I have just added a couple of Smoke sensors. They work perfect when tested, internal sounders, etc. But I got no alert to the the app or phone?

Anyone know why this is? Would be useful when im not at the building, I can check on CCTV and take action. Etc.

Surely it is possible?
