texecom install app ios keyfob

I have a TEXECOM premier elite 48. I have the com ip installed and it works perfectly on the LAN with Wintex.
But I do not get the app on my iphone to work.
I have the latest version of elite Premier 48 (v2.09) and the last Wintex (V6.02)

What do i do wrong?

I can't get it to work. My wintex works perfect with lan and ip

Pm me and ill have a look for you

If you have personal details being shown remive them and replace them.

You would use the same details for wintex as you would for the app.

the user code ie master is 01, user 2 02 and so on and you have to put the user code in for that user, this is only for the smart key part of the app.

the keypad app should work without this.

what version of of the app do you have.

The port forwarding did not work for certain ports as expected.

The reason being the isp blocked certain ports, when ports that weren't blocked by the isp were forwarded the system worked fine.
