Hi, I have totally forgotten and for some reason can't find a video of what i need to do to connect the JAC-0001 to panel. I seem to recall i need to switch something on board (switch) to service? then connect cable and then use the wintex

the usb com, one end plugs in your usb port the other onto the comport to use wintex.
the comport needs to be programmed as not used for the connection to work.
there is no switch, unless you are thing of flashing the panel, in which case that's different thing altogether.

the commission mode only needs doing if you have added, moved or deleted ricochet devices
