Texecom - "Modem is Online"

Hi - trying to connect my Texecom app but only getting as far as "Please wait...... modem is online" on the panel. Prem Elite 24 firmware v4

SmartCom is connected via wired LAN and I've been through all the setup instructions. It used to work but the app reinstalled when I had a new phone and now I can't generate a new app code (Wintex also asking for a 6 digit code).

Any ideas?

Firstly I would power cycle your smartcom (what are the led doing?)
Secondly how is the arc configured for Texecom Protocol?

ideally you would generate an app code on old device and use that to setup your new one.

There are other things to look at at but that's what I would do first.
