Texecom Network Topology

Hi folks, just finishing up my system layout based on a Prem 48. Can I go:

Panel -> Keypad -> 8XP Expander -> Keypad

Keypads just have the Network terminal, unlike the 8XP which has Net In and Net Out, hence the question.

Yes but check voltage at last device ( keypad ) double up power cores if low

Yes
From first keypad to expander net in then net out to keypad.
Make sure jumpers are correct on expander for this
wiring format.

Thanks both, just so I'm completely clear on "doubling up" on the 12V, I would source power from both Network and Aux on the panel and combine on the Network bus? I'm running 8 core cable so no problem there.

No ....twist red and orange together for + and black and brown for - on the network bus
