Texecom PE24 - disable sounder on power down for 8XP Ricochet install

Hi all,

I'm trying to install a second 8xp ricochet expander to a Texecom Elite Premier 24 panel (metal case). As I understand it, I need mains and battery supply off before wiring to network.

Not sure how to stop external sounder /Bell from sounding when I disconnect both supplies. I've tried turning off mains power and battery fault monitoring in Global > Hardware Monitoring and making sure tamper zone is disabled. Still get alarm on disconnect.

Any advice gratefully received.
