I've got a Texecom Premier 48, but the keypad is showing

System Alerts
RKP 1,1 Tamper

Any guidance on what to try would be greatly appreciated.

Tamper fault on your keypad ?
Is the keypad loose on the wall or keypad front not on correctly.
Check that keypad is secure and reset with code number then press reset
If does not reset you need to check tamper switch on back of keypad.

Thanks handymanjo,

I'd taken the gubbins out of the back box and couldn't see anything, but I'll take the back box off the wall and see if there's a switch on the back that isn't touching the wall properly.

Ok, there doesn't seem to be a switch on the back of the box, photo here

The micro switch is next to the blue dil switch.
It looks damaged?
Can you take a close up of switch next to dil switch ?
If that switch is broken you will need a new keypad as you can link that switch out.

Here are some close ups.

Good news - the alert disappears if I press the metal clip.

Is there supposed to be a bit of plastic somewhere to apply pressure to the micro switch when it's attached to the back box?

Go into engineering , keypad set up , options , you can disable the keypad tamper in options

OK, this is fixed.
For other with the same problem - the metal bit on the tamper switch (the white thing) was out of line and needed pushing sideways a bit.

Thanks all for your responses.
