Texecom Premier Elite 24 Keypad Mains LED Flashing

Just got my system all functioning and put new batteries everywhere - PIR's, Door Mag Switches, Keypad and Main Panel back-up battery.
All working fine but the mains LED flashes on the keypad. There are no fault codes (that I can find). The LED even flashes whenever the main system battery backup is disconnected which proves this is not because the AC had failed and the battery is supplying the system.
I could just leave it as all works fine BUT it irritates me

Any ideas
