Delete the faulty prox token in wintex for that user and send to panel.Add new prox to that user and then upload from panel to wintex

You can only add a token if you no the id number.ithas to be added by the keypad first to get id number.
Go into set up users in keypad and add new token in new user ,then delete faulty token via wintex
