Hi, I've just fitted a Texecom Premier Elite 24, and I have a problem. Ive got power to the PIRs etc but when I perform a walk test, the screen shows 'none' and doesn't react. The PIRs are a mixture of AFB 0001 and AFA 0001. The PIRs light up and they are all set to zone A. The other issue is when I try to set the system, I get a loud continuous noise, and the screen shows 'area in exit A'. I've tried switching all of the PIRs to out of use on the system thinking there is a problem with the PIRs, but still no change. Any help please?

Hi again, ive just tried to part arm, and it makes the same noise for about 10 seconds, then arms; however, the PIRS dont trigger.

not walking testing ?

any errors in day mode?

Have the zones in use been programmed correctly or not at all?

at default the arming mode is E/E this requires the the e/e zone to active and then secured, this should be a door contact and usually on zone 1.

Ive attached phots of the PIRs, they are a mixture of AFA-0001 and AFB-001. Is the wiring the problem and should I also wire the t-EOL back to the main board

Programming is TEOL. For the anti masking although unless there is a fault it will work on double pole just won’t report correctly.

Can’t see the wiring so clearly on my phone where I am now.

Withe lid secured properly. What’s is saying in zone status ?

I've decided to reset it at the panel and start the programming again from scratch. This is a photo of the wiring in the PIR.
