Texecom premier elite 48 panel reset problem

Hello all.
I installed that panel 6 months ago and had no problems until today.
I came back from work and seems there was a power cut.
I have system alerts displayed which i can't reset them.

MAINS POWER OFF
PS FAILURE
POWER O/P FAULT system 12v

I have the master, engineer and user codes nothing seems to work.

When using wintex system diagnostics i get:
System voltage 13.84v
Battery voltage 13.80v

Can anybody please help me?

can you press menu 4 in day mode what its the panel and version number?


did you type in user code or engineers code and get into user or engineers menus?

you may need to type the user code in twice first time scrolls through alerts, second time it takes you in to menu, try the master user code twice.

I used master code twice and that DID worked.
System was reset!!!
