Texecom Ricochet door chimes not working

Recently had the wireless texecom system fitted, however the smart com wasn't working properly. Contacted Texecom, diagnosis was the com port was frozen. Went through a few steps to re-set the system, ie. power off from mains & remove back-up battery. This did fix the issue, however now none of the 3 door chimes work anymore. The sensors do work as i have no issue setting or disarming the alarm. I have access to the engineer code, just need some advice please....

Have you pressed the chime button on the keypad ?
Press once turns chime on if devices programmed for chime
Another press turns chime off ( toggle on and off)
