Hi
I am unable to connect my phone with the Texecom app to our Premier Elite 24 panel.
Our installer advises that there have been problems with the Texecom servers over Christmas.
Have these issues been resolved? I still can not connect.
It shows the app is logged in, but then says "There appears to be a problem connecting to your security system................."
