Hi guys! some may remember last year,I put a camera on a nesting blackbird in our garden and we saw the chicks hatch and eventually leave the nest?
Its back, this time it's built its nest in a flower pot in our porch! I think the eggs (four of them) will start to hatch on or around the 16th.

Is that a nasturtium growing in the pot if so must be nice and warm on the Isles, We've got Blue tits breast nesting in a box outside the back window would have loved to have got a camera in there.The swear filter edited out the correct name.

not allowed to say Tit! yes nasturtium,they flower all year round but that pot is half in and half out doors so not totally exposed to the elements.

Hatchlings should appear around 16th to 18th April, if my research is good.
