The difference between cement

Hi does anyone know what the difference between lafarge mastercrete and their normal cement is?,the purpose being for a concrete slab for shed.

Does one come in a plastic bag? Anyway, for a shed base, get the cheapest.

Mastercrete incorporates a plasticisier, that is to say when used it has air bubbles in it so it beds down easily, but it cannot be as strong and dense as ordinary (cheap) portland cement.
