That's more than I have in my entire house.
Like you say, tiny little torches set in the ceiling - so it needs lots of them. You missed out the 8off under cupboard lights - so that makes 33 in two rooms, and still to go in are the LEDs (the flexible, stick on, 3 LEDs/4" strip) along the plinths.

Yesterday I was fitting LED replacements in two 2D "flying saucer" light fittings for his hallways. Quite nice actually, and down to 30-something quid at our local CEF. He doesn't like the second or two delay starting up the flouros - even the flicker free start from electronic ballasts (which are now in my box of bits, together with a spare 28W 2D tube :))
