The older I get the more I dislike people

It’s how I park all of the time. I need a fast getaway from supermarkets as loads of single women are hot on my heels when I leave with my shopping, I have fell for this before by parking normally and getting blocked in then being mobbed. He is probably like me and just a good looking bloke.
Can you take your cones with you next time

You're all wrong. She simply can't park a car properly
I think you may be right, he may well be a she because the safety zone on the mother and child side is insufficient to get the child out into the pram, or the least the driver thought so.

Difficult to read the reg but of the variations I searched, the response was no vehicle found.

Dork, look again. Do you have a shopping trolley drop off point outside your hospital A&E dept in your t'village? Anyway, how's the rouges, vagabonds and ne'er do well MCC these days? Englebert still riding out with you? Come on, drop a few more name like you did in the old days. Always good for a giggle.

Dork has entered a period of his life that maybe represents old age.

Life these days is very much different to what it was just a few short years ago.

Mrs. Lard left me, we both died a horriic death. Now, I am with my beloved Janet & her horses for the days that remain.;

Here's my Happy World explanation... they're disabled, this was the last disabled space. They saw the cones on the other edge of the pavement and saw people coming and going with trolleys via the dropped kerb next to this parking space. So they parked as best as they could within the disabled space while leaving access for everyone, in the hope that it would make everyone's day a bit easier.
